Global major oil gas company, recently focus on Offshore Wind and Hydrogen project, have set up offshore wind team in Japan.

Job Description
As the Engineering Manager, your main responsibility will be to act as the technical lead for the development of a portfolio of offshore wind projects in Japan. Our project partners will be
looking at Shell to take a key role in the technical development and concept design for this ambition.
You will be overseeing and leading the project design and delivery with respect to the technical work of the offshore wind portfolio (tenders, acquisitions, development) ensuring decisions,
interfaces and outcomes meet project-specific requirements now and towards innovative approaches for the future. You will also be responsible to coordinate technical resources to mitigate
all risks from early Development towards FID and work closely with the technical experts from the global team to provide the right expertise at the right time and level.

Requirements
・more than 7 years Renewable energy project manager experience
・7 years of technical engineer experience within offshore plant or Wind power, especially in early development (permitting & consent)
・Civil or Maline or Port construction Engineering back ground is wellcome
・Wind or offshore wind experience is wellcome
・Fluent in Japanese and English
