Job Description
The most important mission of this role is to acquire AEO license.
He/She is also responsible for preparing internal rules / documents / manuals and educates all Business Units (BUs).
He/She is also in charge of ensuring that National / Global Trade Control Policy is adhered by all members.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Lead the Examination of Customs Office / Authority to acquire AEO license.
Prepare Compliance Program for Import & Export Business.
Ensure to adhere the Compliance Program by all members.
Prepare Client Management Manual, General Administration Manual & Forms, Legal Audit Manual, Customs
Clearance Manual.
Translate in English for critical manuals.
Conduct AEO trainings to all BUs.
Ensure full compliance with company's code of conduct and all corporate guidelines, as well all applicable Customs laws
and trade regulations.
Conduct Trade Control trainings to all BUs.

Requirements
University degree or comparable education
Having experience of being in a member of AEO acquisition project.
Vast experience in the customs and trade compliance industry.
Prepare Compliance Program for Import & Export Business.
Strong team player and is self-motivated
Ability to read, write and converse in Japanese and English fluently
