Job Description
Support English and Japanese translation when required
Support meeting preparation, attend meetings and produce follow-up notes
Provide general administrative assistance
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Handle correspondence directed to managers
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Work closely with other group offices to ensure the smooth running of the business and collaboration
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position
Good Japanese and English communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving and decision making
Competent with Microsoft Office packages
