Job Description
Manage a team to accelerate Omni-channel engagement (OCE) activity including NGE (Next Generation Engagement) which is global priority, and build digital solutions to enhance customer engagement to brands of Oncology. Manage a team in building commercial/digital capabilities of commercial work groups to enhance quality and impact to the organization. Also, as lead of Digital Engagement Liaison (DEL), manage the 100% digital based sales team to execute digital marketing strategy and reinforce the sales activities as well as challenge to build the new sales model within Japan OBU.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Act as Japan representative against the all of OCE activities
• Establish the OCE orchestration in both commercial & medical and design one of the NGE model in Japanese market
• Create a digital marketing center of excellence and establish OCE based innovation practice in Japan
• Build digital marketing strategy to execute new sales model through the utilization of DEL
• Align and understand for the data strategy to maximize the value of digital activities
• Partner with Global, PBU and IT team to evaluate and implement digital solutions that supports business needs and enables customer engagement
• Partner with brand leadership to design and execute an insights-driven OCE activities consistent with brand strategy
• Partner Global HQ or local start up company to incubate digitalized new business
• Supervise subordinates in the team of DX
Requirements
Essential:
• A University level (bachelors) degree in relevant subject
• Fluent proficiency in Japanese and at least business level proficiency in English
• Digital Marketing Experience with at least one significant business accomplishment; applicants from outside of the pharmaceutical industry are highly welcomed
• Significant experience to lead projects including team management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external audiences
• Ability to champion change and drive innovative thinking
• Intense curiosity, collaborative spirit, empathy, and passion for problem solving
