Job Description
● Report directly to the Sales Manager, Japan and Korea
● Provide daily administrative support to the Manager in relation to sales and logistics across
the Korean market, such as handling inquiries, preparing quotations and invoices, placing
orders, responding to leads, follow-up with logistics arrangement etc.
● Liaise with Distributors and Partners for:
● Delivering efficient and clear communications;
● Gathering information and/or data;
● Maintaining good relationship;
● Conducting basic analysis of information/data and consolidate into report(s);
● Following up with issues and ensure these issues are solved in a timely manner;
● Work closely with other internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
● Explore and identify potential opportunities in link with sales under the guidance from the
Manager
● Provide administrative support in relation to Devialet Japan office management
● Maintain up-do-date filing of records
● Perform ad hoc assignment as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Marketing
● With 1-2 years of relevant experience in consumer electronics is preferred
● Native in Korean is a must, with good command of both written and spoken English and
Japanese
● Proactive, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with end-customers and
partners
● Attention to details, well-planned with good time management
● Willing to work in a start-up structure with a fast-paced environment
● Passionate, with a “can-do” and team player attitude
● Strong computer literacy, particularly Excel
