Our client is a global leader in E-commerce and they are in the process of expanding into the Japan market. One of the key hires at this point is Director for real estate to help set up their initial base.
Job Description
The requirements will involve the following:
1 - Identify/source suitable distribution sites
2 - Negotiate leases or negotiate to buy
3 - This role would then transition to a more strategic role involving either site location for development, further acquisition as well as Corporate real estate/Facility Management.
Requirements
The role will require the following
1. Strong background in site selection and lease negotiation
2. Corporate real estate experience welcome
3. Business level english to report to headquarters
