Job Description
・Formulate a corporate IT strategy and lead the planning, evaluation and improvement
・Hands-on manager, spending some time implementing advanced systems
・Formulate and promote company-wide security strategies
・Comprehensively manage in-house IT including service infrastructure and development infrastructure (Github, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, LastPass, Parallels, etc.)
・Manage, working closely with R&D, company infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, datacenter, and on-site servers
・Take the lead for obtaining and renewing advanced security certificate(s) while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
・Manage IT inventory such as devices, GPUs, and others

Requirements
Over 5 years of work experience in leading and managing corporate IT
Detailed knowledge of network security, server security, and authentication
Deep knowledge about Information security management and experience in formulating the strategy about it
Expertise and practical experience in designing, building and operating IT infrastructure
Ability to supervise the troubleshooting systematically
Business level Japanese (conversation and writing)
Business level English (conversation and writing)
