Job Description
SUMMARY:
We are looking for a strong candidate in Engineering & Kaizen Operations to lead our production projects at our Japanese factory.The selected candidate shall provide technical support to engineering technology and other departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze packaging line compatibility with other equipments and conduct line trials on filling assembly line.
- Identify kaizen opportunities and CAPAs by working with the Quality Process Improvement team.
- Assist in implementing and validating new equipments and production lines.
- Manage and train a team of young engineers and evaluate their performance.
- Conduct analysis of data/KPIs and recommend appropriate action.
