Job Description
We have been working on the development of English educational content and the building of a community of faculty members globally, but we urgently need to expand and promote our team and operations in order to achieve our 2022 vision.
Therefore, we are looking for an individual who will be in charge of developing learning contents in English.
The content you will be responsible for includes content for digital learning products, as well as teaching materials such as cases and teaching materials for use in graduate schools and corporate training.
Duties include followings but not limited to:
Develop teaching materials, write cases for English MBA and global corporate training
Develop contents (including videos and quizzes) for English digital learning products.
Oversee English Faculty team
Manage team members
Teach classes and corporate training as a lecturer
You will be able to engage in the research and development of educational content for business persons around the world, while being exposed to the knowledge of education that GLOBIS has cultivated up to now and the cutting-edge educational trends obtained through collaboration with external experts.
As an instructor, you can influence not only individual students but also society at large by teaching in classes and trainings.

Requirements
Native English or equivalent
JLPT N3 or equivalent or above
MBA or equivalent master degree in management, economics, or a business related field
7+ years experience working in a consulting company or similar
Knowledge about finance
Logical thinking skill and excellent all-round communication skill
