職務内容 - The Position:
This is an Tech Recruiter || テックリクルーターposition.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team.
事業成長に伴い、テック部署プロダクト開発チームの採用を強化されます。
Your typical day looks like:
- Working with cross functional stakeholders to support hiring strategy in intern, New grad, mid- career hiring.
- Acting like a talent partner, collaborating with different business teams to identify hiring needs based on current workforce.
- Managing and improving the overall process of recruitment activities including job posting, direct sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding, vendor management etc.
- Organizing hiring seminar, meet-up events to improve company’s recognition in the market and attract talents.
- 社内外の各部門担当と連携し、会社の各採用（インターン、新卒採用、中途採用）施策についての企画立案
- タレントパートナーとして、各部門担当と連携し、workforceを分析した上で、採用ニーズを見極める。
- 採用から入社までのプロセスの管理改善(求人票の作成、ダイレクトリクルーティング、候補者とのコミュニケーション、面接の実施、内定交渉、オンボーディング、ベンダー管理など)
- 社内関係部署とエンプロイヤーブランディングを推進（オンラインセミナー、meet-upイベントなど）

Requirements
必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
- Over 3 years of working experience as an in-house recruiter or agency.
- Experience in IT industry recruiting or IT positions recruiting.
- Promptness, proactive, value teamwork, and motivation to challenge and learn.
- Able to have solid understanding in business, value, and company culture.
- English ability is highly welcomed.
- インハウスあるいは事業会社で3年間以上採用経験を持っている方
- IT業界の採用、ITポジション採用経験がある方
- 柔軟性高く物事に取り組める、学習意欲高い方
- 英語力あれば将来グロバール採用を任せる（必須ではない）
