職務内容 - The Position:
This is an Senior HR Specialist || シニアHR specialist position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As the Japan branch Senior HR Specialist, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.
You will work with APAC local HR shared service team, mainly in charge of Japan while provide regional HR support:
- Providing employee life cycle support from onboarding till off boarding
- Supporting hiring manager during onboarding season from HR tools to new employee orientation
- Partnering with regional and global Benefits team and vendors in providing Benefits solutions to employees and stakeholders.
- Assist on compensation cycle including monthly payroll, merit bonus and stock program
- Partnering with regional and global mobility team to provide international assignments or transfer support.
- Working closely with HRBP and stakeholders, business leaders to provide the best employee experience in HR.
- Support global HR project localization by giving insights based on Japanese law and culture to ensure effective initiatives.
- Support business projects on M&A, organization development, etc.
- Be an advisor in Japanese labor law, review, and revise company policy to align with country law.
Requirements
必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven successful achievement in HR shared service.
- Experience in HR general area including payroll, compensation, and benefits etc.
- Passionate about HR career and proactive seeking new ways to make positive changes.
- Good communication skills in both fluent English and fluent Japanese.
