Job Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: 職務概要
・Contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing timely support to Senior Director and Supply Chain Team

Key Responsibilities: 主な責任範囲
・Assist Senior Director, Asia Operations
Provide administrative support, such as managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports,
and providing launguage support at meetings.
・Provide Language and Administrative Support to Supplay Chain Team
Provide laungage support at meetings and translate documents, such as meeting materials, email communications and
other internal documents.
・Supprot Region‐wide Projects
Organize meetings and take minutes. Provide other administrative supports to PMO as necessary.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 知識、スキル、能⼒レベル
・Work experience as an Executive Assistant
・Business level English (both verbal and written communication skills)
・Multitask and time‐management skills
・Basic understanding of MS Office and other office applications such as Teams
・English Business level

Additional Job Information
