戦略コンサルティングファーム、Big4コンサルティングファームでのグローバルプロジェクト経験を豊富に有するメンバーが中心となって、トップティアグローバルライフサイエンス企業へのコンサルティング支援を行っています。
「グローバルCEOと同じ視点に立って経営を俯瞰できるコンサルタント」を目標に、CEOアジェンダに含まれる経営課題全てをカバー領域としてコンサルティング支援を実施しています。

グローバルライフサイエンス企業におけるコンサルティング支援：　
　・グローバル戦略に基づいたローカル事業戦略・製品戦略立案
　・グローバル企業の日本市場参入戦略立案
　・グローバル本社と連携した日本国内市場・顧客調査、分析　
　・営業・マーケティング計画策定・実行支援
　・事業収益改善
　・組織再編
　・ビジネスモデル・トランスフォーメーション
　・経営ビジョンの策定／導入／浸透支援
　・経営／事業構造の評価および改革支援
　・意思決定スキームの設計／導入／運用／定着支援
　・戦略実行を可能にする組織の設計／導入
　・グローバルプロジェクトのマネジメント／実行支援（特に、Executive層対象案件、Global In-Bound／Out-Bound案件）
　・End to Endのグローバルバリューチェーン改革支援（サービス設計／製造／販売／カスタマーケア等）

Providing consulting support to top-tier global life science companies, led by members with extensive global project experience at strategy consulting firms and Big 4 consulting firms.
With the goal of becoming "consultants who can look at management from the same perspective as global CEOs," we provide consulting support covering all management issues included in CEO agendas.

Consulting support for global life science companies:　
- Local business and product strategy planning based on global strategy
- Planning of Japanese market entry strategies for global companies
- Market and customer research and analysis in Japan in collaboration with global headquarters　
- Sales and marketing plan development and implementation support
- Business Profit Improvement
- Organizational restructuring
- Business model transformation
- Management vision development/implementation/penetration support
- Management/business structure evaluation and reform support
- Design/implementation/operation/establishment of decision-making scheme
- Design/implementation of organization to enable strategy execution
- Global project management and execution support (especially for executive-level projects and global in-bound/out-bound projects)
- End-to-end global value chain reform support (service design, manufacturing, sales, customer care, etc.)
- Support for designing/improving reform implementation skills

Requirements
■コンサルティングファームでの実務経験（特に事業戦略や業務改革などのビジネスコンサルティング経験）
■論理的思考力、問題解決力、コミュニケーション能力
■英語：上級ビジネスレベル以上必須（完全英語環境におけるプロジェクト経験必須）
■日本語：上級ビジネスレベル以上必須
■ライフサイエンス業界経験：不問、ただしライフサイエンス業界への強い興味と学習意欲は必須

- Working experience at a consulting firm (especially business consulting experience in business strategy and operational reform)
- Logical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
- English: Advanced business level or higher required (project experience in a completely English-speaking environment required)
- Japanese: Advanced business level or higher required
- Experience in the life science industry: not required, but strong interest in and willingness to learn about the life science industry is a must
