THE JOB
- Provision of the necessary financial management and commercial analysis to support and improve the performance of the business.- Enhancement of the profile of the finance department through delivery of timely, accurate and value-added information and analysis.- Development of financial and commercial acumen of the Japan staff and businesses.- Ensures the company is complying with relevant regulations and company guidelines, including local regulatory reporting requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree or equivalent.- 3 years experience as a Financial Controller within an international company.- Analytical mind and an appetite for financial analysis and control.- Leadership and people management skills.- Proven ability to work autonomously and be proactive in problem solving and supporting the business with solutions.
