Responsibilities include - Making HR and Organizational decision as a member of the leadership team
Manage all HR activities & Issues - Planning / C&B / Talent / Organization / Head count /
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
- BSc or MSc in life sciences or healthcare industries oral and written English at business level
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in HR as one of COE function or HR BP
- Experience or interesting in pharmaceutical industry, academic institution, hospital or healthcare industry.
- Ability to successfully manage HR operational tasks.
