This is a HR Manager positon
Managing 2 subordinates, reporting to Japan and dotted line to HQ in US.
As HR mananger you will be responsible to cover a wide range of functions within Human Resources Incluidng:
Talent Acquisition, Development, Performance management, Training, Onboarding, Employee relations, Payroll management and more.
