Company Overview:
A very youth-oriented, cool, music and lifestyle brand from the US. They launched in Japan in 2012 and have been growing ever since. Their products are very unique, vibrant, and targeted towards sports and music lovers.
Job Contents:
The company is looking for a young talented Marketing professional to join their team as marketing manager. You would be completely responsible for leading the marketing strategy and direction for the brand.
Responsibilities include:
Concept creation, marketing plan, brand building for all products launches in Japan market
Marketing communication- both online and offline
Working on product specific campaigns in line with global campaign
Collaboration with other teams and HQ for implementing global strategy
Requirements:
1-5 years of experience in Marketing
Fluent in Japanese, Business level English, non-native speakers of Japanese are welcome too
People from agency side can apply
Good at execution and project management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good negotiation and consensus building skills, communication and presentation skills
