This is a Payroll specialist - 給与計算スペシャリスト position.

必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience:

·         Payroll procedures. Process end to end pay runs for salaried and hourly employees.

·         Coordinating outsourced payroll vendors.

·         Manage external vendors.

·         Experience in managing end to end payroll procedures.

·         Strong communication skills and team spirit

·         Sound knowledge of Japanese labor law and practices developed through experience in Payroll & benefits
