Company Overview:
Italian Designer brand with over 45 locations in Japan.
Job Contents:
l Create sales budget for all the businesses such as Retail, Wholesale and Online.
l Provide information and reports on business performance, competitors situation, market trend, etc. that is required in management decision-making
l Forecast sales and propose actions to fill the gap between target and actual.
l Evaluate and verify efficiency and adequacy of the store operations
l Initiate and lead projects to support stores to maximize sale
Design and build up tools and processes to appropriately manage KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, average price, etc.
Requirements:
l University degree and equivalent
l Experience in planning and analysis either in commercial or financial functions
l Experience in reporting the figures related to company/business performance to management team of the company
l Strong numerical and analytical skills
l Good communication skills at the any levels of the organization
l Business English skill
DB and PC literacy: especially Excel skills
