Job Contents:
The company is growing rapidly in Japan. They are looking for a Marketing Director to bring in and transform marketing function.
You will be in-charge of retail marketing including sales promotion, VMD, CRM; retail communication and will manage a team. The President is looking for someone strong in retail marketing, who can turnaround the brand and bring in new ideas for retail marketing and shopper experience, and lead the retail initiatives with the help of an extremely talented team. You will also be in charge of all the product marketing and branding initiatives for the products and also manage the PR and digital teams.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience of retail marketing, experential marketing and customer delight projects
Experience of product marketing, branding, communication and digital
Native in Japanese, Business level English
Team managemenet experience
