Job Description
The company is growing rapidly in Japan. They wish to strengthen their retail channel, and hence are looking for someone to develop the entire retail strategy and road map in tandem with the sales team:
- Develop 6P strategy and customer selling story based on in depth understanding of the market, customer and shopper practices;
- Drive/develop efficient customer solutions;
- Engage with global Retail Marketing teams to implement global best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor degree
- 5-10 years of trade marketing/ retail marketing/ customer development experience
- Ability to travel (20% of the time)
- Business level of English is preferred
