Job Contents:
Seasonal assortment planning (to achieve company business target)
collection framework and category planning - pricing strategy in different channel - mark - up analysis - market & competitor benchmark -
seasonal sales meeting coordination (retail, wholesale and E - commerce)
Go-To-Market Planning And Alignment With MD Distribution Team, And Monthly Review Of In-Season Product Mapping And Allocation
Local Development Of The Japan Collection, Framework Debrief And Coordination Of The Execution With The Design And Sourcing Tea,
Tracking of in-season product performance (sell-through and inventory control)
Initiate sales program to elevate sell-through
Communications with global and asia office on regular reporting
Requirements:
6-8 years of merchandising experience
good experience of the assortment planning and go-to-market execution
external brand MD experiences
good command of English
