Job Description
- Responsible for achieving sales;
- Assisting seasonal buying process by working together with Manager, replenishment and re-balance to achieve sell-through target;
- Assist facilitating seasonal product training to all the shops;
- Develop sales strength of store managers and staffs;
- Participate in periodical store managers’ meeting to increase the communication effectiveness;
- Work closely with manager communicating with Italian retail merchandiser to ensure product availability.
- Work closely with visual display team to ensure the companies' image at the shop.
Requirements
+5 years of Merchandising and buying at Luxury Fashion Industry.
- Merchandising at Luxury Fashion Industry.
- Leadership Skill.
- Product Knowledge.
- Quantitative Analytical skill.
- Listening Skill.
- English communication skill with Italian HQ.
- Advanced Excel Skill.
1) Customer Focused: Focus functional managers, store managers and retail staffs. Outside customers.
2) Innovative Thinking: Innovative idea to achieve sales target within Prada worldwide strategy.
3) Analytical Thinking: Analytical thinking to solve functional related problem.
4) Judgment/Maturity: Maturity to judge separate functional issue, in order to become one team.
5) Communication: Effective communication among separate functions, shops and outside customers.
6) Results oriented Set the motivation factors to achieve sales target.
-Healthy and able to travel across Japan to visit shops.
-Frequent travel to Italy is required.
