Job Description
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
- Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.
- Present products and services to prospective customers.
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes.
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
- Monitor competition within assigned region.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director.
Requirements
Hard Skill Responsibilities:
- Medical Device Sales History 3 years minimum and Management Experience preferred.
-The candidate will be a playing manager so he/she needs to do sales and also to manage Tokyo team including 3 sales reps.
- Have O.R. experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Meet Doctors and Nurses/Distributors.
- Achieve budget.
- Manage 2 - 3 sales rep each.
- Playing Manager with Target Accounts.
- Manage relationships with KOL.
- Attend Seminars.
- Train Distributor Staff.
- B2B sales.
