Job Description
- Acts as a Business Development Manager, developing the Japan office's Delivery Business strategy and budget
- Driving delivery activities throughout the organization
- Being responsible for an efficient delivery operations management
- Being the interface between the store execution and the local HO office for the delivery business
- Being responsible for implementation and execution of delivery management concepts
- Coaching and supporting the stores and local HO in order to achieve additional sales & profits with delivery
- Interact with E-commerce & delivery operation
Requirements
- University Degree
- At least 3 years relevant experience in the retail industry
- Experience of interacting with E-commerce and delivery operation is a plus
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to influence and work well with people at all levels
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, project management and team leadership capabilities
- Profound market and business understanding
- Strong Service Orientation towards internal and external customers
- Entrepreneurial and customer focused
