Job Description
•Manage orders, processing all customer purchases
•Work together in a team of 5, as well as coordinate responsibilities with other teams locally and overseas
•Provide first level customer support
•Support and track delivery activities, assuring they are executed within deadlines
•Handle invoicing
•Create, provide and maintain data to for the related department
•Actively contribute to continuously improve efficiency
•Support introduction and improvement of in-house tools and systems used in all regions
Requirements
【応募資格】
•English required for communication with Germany.
•Good verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English, for inside and outside communication
•Time-management skills even under pressure, while achieving excellent results
•Pro-activeness, organizational skills, manage priorities as well as being target-oriented
•Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office applications)
•Good customer-service skills
•Be able to handle confidential information
•Flexibility in conducting tasks and ability to detect problems and propose improvements
