Leading Pharmaceutical Company looking for Lawyer
Job Description
- Provide strategic advice for business from development to launch so the company can make good well informed decisions
- Provide advice for legal matters for industry rules
- Review and draft various contracts
- Resolve disputes
- Assist other areas
- Provide internal trainings
- Plan, improve and establish internal rules and investigate any issues that come up
- Work with global legal and participate in external activities
- Work with the compliance team on projects
Requirements
- Japanese bar or Foreign bar holder (common law)
- Experience at a large firm for 3 yrs, or as In-house lawyer for 3 years (pref. in healthcare)
- Project management
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Team Player
- Eagerness to work with other dept, and ability to spot operations that can be streamlined
