Job Description
Associate, CAR-T Marketing

• Successfully launch CTL019 for Pediatric ALL and DLBCL planned launch in Japan by driving adoption and safe use among certified sites

• Successfully execute marketing plans to ensure positive business results by leading cross-functional Kymriah launch team:
o Promotional material development with delivering committed timeline and quality
o Execute commercial events for customers with cross-functional team
o Support internal training implication and training material development
o Support stakeholder management strategy implication
o Support customer operation material development and quality improve
o Support commercial strategy building (needs gathering, market research)
o Support marketing and CO group governance

• Quality management responsibility:
o Ensure all activities align company compliance rule
o Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events / technical complaint / compliance issue in accordance with company procedures
o 100% timely delivery of all training requirements including compliance

Requirements
Bachelor degree required MBA degree or equivalent experience preferred Fluent Japanese and English (preferred)
1. Ability to work in an entrepreneurial organization in a fast-paced environment
2. Minimum 3years industry experience required and 1years or greater of marketing experience
3. Proven performance and capabilities and presence in pharma industry
4. Proven performance in sales as well as marketing
5. Adaptable and flexible leadership style with ability to work cross functionally within diverse group of colleagues, peers and other professionals
6. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Additional Job Information
1 to 3 years of Marketing is preferred.
English Conversational is preferred.
