HR Strategic Data Analyst

Company Overview
Italian Fashion Brand Group is looking for a talented HR person who can draw its HR business strategy.
Along with the business expansion as well as transferring payroll operative tasks out from the team, demands are increasing on C&B for more qualitative involvement in HR strategy planning. This role also needs to act as business partner to work closely with the Retail Performance Excellence & HR Controller in Finance, recognizing the direction & priorities by being always aligned with HR key managers and HRD. And this position can cover Office HR(such as learning & development, design HR system, culture change, etc.) depend on experience and career aspiration. By closely collaborating with stakeholders, s/he will proactively identify the priorities of HR initiatives.

Job Description
* Data Analysis and plan HR Strategy for the growing team/ corporation.
* Align with business leaders such as Finance head and Merchandising head to drive the strategy.
 Business related data analysis & report – Headcount, Retail incentive
 HR-related regular data monthly report – Overtime, Personnel costs, Employees KPIs (service years, turnover, gender ratio)
 Regular reports to HQ – Headcount, Organization
 Projects Lead – Proactively collaborate with Retail HR, Office HR and HRD for various global & local projects relating to HR system, program, guidelines, etc
 Process Lead for annual merit increase, regularly maintain accurate employee data, interface to Kering Group Shared Service HR for basic payroll admin
 Prepare to participate annual salary survey and maintain internal salary range based on it
 Manage the operation of HR Database (Workday), in collaborating within the department, and with respective counterparts (Kering Japan HR, Gucci HQ,)
 Support HR BPs for annual evaluation process thru the system
 Support Office HR area (design HR system, learning&development, culture change, etc )

Requirements
 Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skill
 5+ yrs of overall work experience in C&B including compensation management or HRBP; experience working in B to C international company or HR strategic consulting firms, retail experience is big advantage but not mandatory
 Advanced knowledge about Japanese labor management law
