Job Description
Job Title: Japan Sales Manager

Summary:
This position is key to our Japan business. We are looking for a Sales professional to develop our feed additive business in Japan, focusing on nutrition ingredients for livestock and poultry.
The selected candidate will focus on acquiring new customers proactively. He/ she will also develop and implement short- and long term sales strategies. He/she is expected to keep abreast of developments in the market and maintain close contacts with the product manager team in Europe HQ.

Key tasks:
- To prepare and implement business plan on key accounts in Japan
- To make frequent visits to customers and establish a strong relationship with them
- To have a good knowledge about the value chain of key account customers to deliver the products, programs or services they need.
- To ensure good communication with the product manager team at Europe HQ and technical staff in Japan office
- To prepare the Sales Budget and fulfil the yearly sales targets.

Requirements
- More than 5 years experience in sales of animal nutrition / feed additive / feed ingredients
- Experience handling products specific to poultry or livestock
- Conversational English and fluent Japanese
- Strong communicative skills, team spirit and a strong drive for success.
- A commercial and entrepreneurial attitude.
- A focus on results.
- Good communication skills.
- An ability to work independently and a strong team spirit.
