職務内容 The Position
This position is an HR generalist position that will be responsibility for a number of areas of HR within the company.
The position will be based in Toyko with frequent business trips across Japan to the company's many manufacturing centres and will deal with training, recruiting, compensation & benefits, union negotiations and labour management.
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
- Native level Japanese and Business level English language ability
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an in-house HR role or HR Related Service Provider
- Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
- High motivation and willingness to learn on the job
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
