Job Description
As a sales assistant, you will manage order processing for all brands within the company.
•Order of products
•Updating product information and company database
•Calculation of costs and setting of new product prices
•Cost management and control of delivery schedule
•Creation of order requests documents
•Quality check of goods
•Correspond to phone calls and emails to distributors, retail stores within Japan, and warehouses
Requirements
•Experience as a sales assistant or similar type of positions
•Preferred industry background in apparel or consumer goods, but not a must!
•Advanced level of Microsoft Office Excel
