Company Overview
A high profile game developer is looking for Coordinator/Assistant. This job has amazing flexibility where you can work from home and travel abroad twice a year.
Job Description
・ Supporting one sales person located in Tokyo. This is a remote position and you will need to meet him once a week in a coffee store.
・ Coordination for the Japan office (invoicing, coordinating meetings, translation etc.)
・ Sending out E-mail invites in a timely manner
・ Responding to emails or Slack messages with DDM Japan in timely manner
・ Booking hotels and flights
・ Doing the back and forth with clients concerning invoices
・ Weekly Calls
・ Attend some early calls (8AM) and late night calls (7PM) depending on the week (do not need to put camera on)
・ Scheduling for major events
・ Translation support
・ Translating some design documents, Tweets, and occasionally contracts
Requirements
- Native Japanese speaker and at least Business English.
- At least two years experience working in back office.
