Job Description
・ Deliver biomarkers for clinical studies based on cutting edge science and technologies. Generating disease linkage data to guide indication selection and targeted patient populations
・ Measure target expression to inform clinical decisions for selecting therapeutically relevant indications. You will understand key cancer pathway interactions and feedback mechanisms in clinical samples to guide rational drug combinations.
・ Define novel mechanisms of resistance targeted therapies by studying tumors at relapse and delivering multiplex pathology assays using a variety of tissue-based methods.
・ Develop IHC assay for project related molecules to evaluate patient selection marker feasibility and PD response marker feasibility toward clinical trial. Histopathological analysis of human samples to contribute on drug efficacy evaluation, toxicological insight and decision making of target indication selection for projects.
・ Communication with project team, PIs and CROs globally for IHC assay creation, evaluation, transfer and provide support on troubleshooting to those assays on timely manner.
・ Prepare documents and presentation materials of scientific outcomes to project team group, corporate seniors and health authorities on time.
・ Leadership on new platform and infrastructure creation on histopathological research environment.
・ Leadership on team management of molecular pathology group in translational research.
・ 研究および開発品目の病理担当として主に標的発現を中心とした分子病理学的評価、プロジェクトに必須な免疫組織化学（IHC）評価系構築を行い、プロジェクトの意思決定に貢献する。
・病理に関する新しいプラットフォーム構築やインフラ整備
・バイオマーカー推進部の病理チームリーダーとしてチームマネジメント
Requirements
Experiences and required skills
・ Strong knowledge in human pathology and biology in Oncology and Specialty Medicine.
・ Strong experience in state of art molecular histopathology (including multi-plexed target detection) and molecular histopathological assay development.
・ Experience in IHC assay operation and troubleshooting (if there was any).
・ Capability to communicate with internal and external colleagues to lead scientific discussion, assay transfer assay to CROs.
・ Experience of team management of division, group or projects.
