Innovative Pharmaceutical Company is looking for Ethics & Compliance Lead to join the legal team in Asia.

Job Description
You will be responsible for organizing and helping reinforce compliance structures for Japan as well as the region. You will also be responsible for drafting policy and manuals regarding compliance policy and regulations. Other duties will include implementation, monitoring and training on compliance for the company.
In this team you will also be working with regulators and the privacy team with the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Legal degree is optional but desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of ethics, compliance and/or legal experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or other relevant healthcare
- Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to global pharmaceutical companies,
- Able to work in a team as well as multitask.
-Excellent organization, communication (verbal and written – fluency in English and Japanese required)
