Localizing corporate news, executive messages and internal digital magazine

Manage editorial of Japan news and messages
日本のニュースおよびメッセージの配信管理
• Manage Japan editorial calendar and manage translations from English to Japanese (including Japanese version of corporate news, CEO messages and digital magazine)
• Track analytics across our internal channels to drive continuous improvement
• Conduct interviews and write up Japan corporate news and messages in Japanese and English
• Provide communications advice to local project teams and functions for Japan news
• 日本の編集カレンダーを作成し、スケジュールに沿って英語から日本語への翻訳を管理する（コーポレートニュース、CEOメッセージ、社内デジタルマガジンの日本語版など）
• 日本の社内チャンネルの分析結果をモニターし、継続的な改善を促進する
• インタビューを実施し、日本のコーポレートニュースやメッセージを日・英で作成する
• 日本のニュースについて、ローカルのプロジェクトチームや部門にコミュニケーション上の助言を提供する

Issue e-newsletter for Japan employees
日本の従業員向けのeニュースレターの発行
• Monitor internal digital channels, internal social media platform and other communications source and select articles for all Japan
• Prepare and issue weekly e-newsletter
• Continuously consider improvements to enhance and upgrade the newsletter
• 社内のデジタルチャンネルやソーシャルメディアなどのコミュニケーションソースをモニタリングし、日本全体向けの記事をピックアップする
• ウィークリーのeニュースレターを準備して発行する
• ニュースレターをより効果的にすべく継続的に改善案を検討する

Manage digital signage of the global head office
グローバル本社のデジタルサイネージの管理
• Manage process and issue digital signage in the global head office
• Liaise with an external agency and internal requestors to adjust designs and English translations
• グローバル本社にあるデジタルサイネージの申請～公開プロセスを管理する
• 社外パートナーおよび社内依頼元と連携しデザインや英語翻訳を調整する

Manage Japanese internal digital platform
日本語の社内デジタルプラットフォームの管理・運営
• Maintain and update SharePoint sites:
• SharePointサイトの管理および更新を行う
• Japan region site and all local sites in Japan
• Corporate Communications & Public Affairs and Global Internal Communications sites
• CEO site
• Japan local affiliate site
• Japan group on internal SNS platform
• 日本の地域サイトおよび日本にある全ローカルサイト
• Corporate Communications & Public Affairs および Global Internal Communicationsサイト
• CEOサイト
• 国内の関係会社との情報共有サイト
• 社内SNSの日本グループ
• Manage IT projects:
• ITプロジェクトの管理
• SharePoint training in Japanese
• Lead change-management actions related to digital projects
• 社外パートナーと共に日本語でのSharePointトレーニングを実施する
• デジタルプロジェクト関連のチェンジマネジメント活動をリードする

Requirements:

Academic Background
学歴

BA or MA degree
学士あるいは修士

Media or communications major
メディアまたはコミュニケーション専攻　（望ましい）

Professional Experiences
実務経験

Experience in corporate/product communications in a company, PR agency or media
Experience in writing, copywriting and editing in these companies
Experience in leading internal communications and building a positive corporate culture
Experience in utilizing social media and influencing employees
Experience in positively impacting a global team

企業、広告代理店、メディアにおけるコーポレートおよびプロダクト関連のコミュニケーションを4年以上行った経験
企業、広告代理店、メディアにおけるライティング、コピーライティング、編集を4年以上行った経験（自身が作成をリードし、問い合わせ先に名前が掲載されているプレスリリースへのリンクなど、提出できる公の資料等があればなお望ましい）
社内コミュニケーションをリードしてコーポレートカルチャーの醸成に寄与した経験
ソーシャルメディアを活用して従業員の行動に影響を与えた経験　
グローバルチームにポジティブな影響を与えた経験

Excellent Japanese translation/writing/copyediting/proofreading skills
Detail-oriented while being mindful of the big picture
Willing to contribute and work in a global team (beyond physical distance)
Flexible and open attitude to change and new challenges
Understanding of large organizations
Ability to express abstract ideas in easy-to-understand language
Experience on Microsoft SharePoint (or a willingness to master it)

日本語の翻訳／ライティング／コピーライティング／校正において優れた能力を有している
全体像を考慮しつつ細部に気を配ることができる（校正校閲が好きで得意である）
グローバルチームで働き貢献していくことを厭わない（物理的な距離・時差を超えて）
変化や新たな課題に対して柔軟でオープンな姿勢を持っている
大規模な組織において求められることを理解している（大手企業での正社員としての経験が4年以上ある）
理解しやすい言葉で抽象的なアイデアを表現できる能力を有している
