Job Description
・ Formulation and execution of licensing business growth strategy in the category in charge
・ Propose and execute product and sales promotion plans in line with licensee product development plans
・ Identify high-growth categories, licensing opportunities, and find new licensing destinations
・ Develop and execute your licensee's business status analysis, consumer market, trend analysis and action category growth strategy action plan based on the analysis
・ Conclusion, renewal, negotiation of license agreement
・ Close cooperation with the category in charge, licensee's sales budget / performance management and other divisions (media, studio, store, game, and publishing)
Requirements
・ 5 years of corporate sales or marketing experience in a consumer goods company
・ Sales experience in the Japanese domestic market
・ Experience in planning and executing sales promotion plans for products / services in charge
・ Market analysis, consumer insight analysis experience
・ Experience leading projects working with multiple departments
・ Result-oriented, strategic thinking, strong will to achieve sales goals
・ Broad knowledge and deep insights on distribution and retail industry
