Job Description
We are looking for the person who can provide the most suitable solution to make Digital Transformation of an enterprise achieved.
(Target Saas Solutions of CFA：
Salesforce.com,PEGA,Workday,Success factors,ServiceNow,Anaplan,Adaptive insight、 GOOGLE etc.).
 
- You will also take charge of developing new client and expand business with exist client in a Cloud business by each industry (CHT, PRD, FS, RES and H&PS) especially, in the area of CRM, F&EP and HCM.
As New clients may take responsibility for the territory business which other account team could not cover and also find the client who can support the future growth of CFA group.
 
-Take charge of design, development of offering base sales business
(for example: salesforce solution, digital, outsourcing which are the parts of A********** service and the solution which has a good performance overseas).
 
- Build solution plan by utilizing the Saas solution knowledge, advantage and feasibility.

Requirements
【Basic Qualifications】
 
- Experience of over 5 years with software, consulting, system development or outsourcing;
- Japanese of a business level;
- Business level of English;
- Bechelor degree is a must (or above)

【Preferred Skills】


- General knowledge of consulting, system development, outsourcing;
- General knowledge of CRMs (SFA, a service, a call center, PRM, etc.);
- communications skills;
- issue management
- Logical thinking skills
