Job Description
You will be responsible for the general legal functions for the business which includes giving legal advice as well as contracting. You will also be working with various managers to help control risk across the business. Other duties include working on legal projects, M&A as well as overseas projects.
Requirements
- experience working as legal staff in a firm or in house
- experience working in risk preferred
- experience in contract drafting and review
- business level English and native level Japanese
