Job Description
The Position:
With the expansion of the company, there are looking for candidates to join them in an inspiring, fast-paced, exciting and ever-changing environment. Working with team mates all around the world, you will be working in a dynamic and exciting environemnt. The following are the responsibilities:
-Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
-Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
-Generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
-Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
-Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
-Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
