Job Description
-Provides input to confirm program launch dates
-Determine appropriate level of site communication and provides feedback on site communication
-Manage potential risk, identify impacts over project schedule and determine needed training materials for project launch
-Ensure project launch is communicated to Japan site
-Decision making for GO/NO GO regarding the launches of projects and enable a successful launch from Japan sites readiness perspective.
-Participate in initial post launch analysis and deep-dives to understand Japan sites performance impacts.
Closed-loop feedback to deployment (e.g. knowledge gaps, workflow misses, metrics impact, quality issues).
Requirements
• Written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese (Native) and English (Fluent).
• Attention to detail, competing priorities, multitasking under tight deadlines
• Create a path forward working by virtual and globally distributed teams
• College degree (BA/BS)
• 2+ years of program management experience.
• Understand call center operations, relational database
• Assess program, or feature impacts on associates and sellers.
• Readiness and site launch planning experience
• Familiarity with organizational process design
• Work within and outside of a site
