企業概要 The Company:
A US Global Leader for specialty chemicals and functional materials. A business that provides a wide range of products and solutions in different industries including; Consumer goods, infrastructure, transportation and environment. They have around 5000 staff globally.
職務内容 The Position
This position is for Senior HR Generalist (Management level role) as an individual contributor.
70% of this position will be undertaking Learning & Development from designing to implementing the training.
Other areas will focus on recruitment, working with management team to identify current and longer term hiring needs.
This role will also support 2 plant HR managers
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in L&D
- Experience working within a manufacturing company.
- Bachelors Degree
- Fluent Japanese speaking ability with high business English
- HR generalist functions including recruitment experience.
