職務内容 The Position
This is a Senior HR Generalist opportunity working in team of 5 in HR reporting to the HR Director. This role will focus on having excellent knowledge in Payroll (vendor management and Calculations, Social insurance and strong Labor Law understanding.
Currently going through a global HR systems implementation which will be completed in 2018. Data management will also be involved for this role.
This role also covers HR Genralist functions incluidng new employee orientation, managing health and safety, company rules, organizational development.
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
- Experienced within various HR functions or as a 'HR Generalist'.
- Must have Bachelors Degree
- Fluent Japanese speaking ability with high business English
- Mandatory to have experience in Payroll, Labor Laws, Social Insurance and HRIS (HR Systems).
