職務内容 The Position
This is an Employee Relations Specialist||ER スペシャリスト.

They are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of planning, improving, proposing and implementing strong initiatives. The brand propose a unique opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to join them in an inspiring, fast-paced, exciting and ever-changing environment where the career possibilities are fantastic .You would be responsible for the oversight of the Company’s employee relations strategy. Executes HR policies and procedures in our support offices and stores across Japan; oversee all employment law-related cases; and ensure positive employee relations with the purpose of protecting the company from any employment related liability; all while staying current on employment trends.
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
Experience in an HR generalist role specifically dealing with employee coaching and counseling with employee relations.Experience in an additional HR discipline such as benefits, payroll, recruiting or training is a great plus.Sound knowledge of Japanese employment law and practices developed through experience in Employee RelationsKnowledge of H&M HR practices, policies and guidelines, culture and valuesHigh flexibility and adaptabilityAbility to convince managers on value of ER practices
