A German based global leader in industrial manufacturing floating on the German Stock exchange.
職務内容 The Position
This is an stand alone HR Manager position.
It is based in Tokyo and encompasses a wide range of HR responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded HR generalist able to handle matters like:
Organizational Change, Talent Management, Employee relations, Talent Acquisition, C&B, process and regulations
Reports to the MD and dotted line to HR VP in Shanghai.
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
- Basic Knowledge of Japanese labor law and social insurance
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Strong Communications Skills
- Preferred Skills - Experience working multi-national company, negotiation Skills
