Exciting Opportunity to join a leading Luxury Hotel in Tokyo as Director of Events, with a talented team in a very international environment. The Hotel is famous for it's customer orientation and diverse environment, which makes guests keep coming back for more. A great chance to build cross-functional leadership abilities and join in a world-famous brand.
Expectations:
Work closely with internal teams and direct Events Management for as many as 500 events per year with corporate clients to achieve the total event sales revenue goals
Team Management- manage a team of 6 of highly skilled experienced individuals and lead people development and succession planning through various corporate training and cross exposure programme
Requirements:
Past experience in Sales and Events Management
Business level English and Intermediate level Japanese
Foreigners with relevant background and Intermediate Japanese levels are welcome to apply
Candidate who are events managers with team management experience can also apply to this role as a career step up
