職務内容 The Position
This is a Talent Acquisition / L&D opportunity working in team of 5 in HR reporting to the HR Director.
This role will focus on having excellent knowledge in Recruitment, working with agencies, interveiwing, screening and sourcing.
In addition, working with each department to identify training needs.
Planning and coordinating of internal training.
Currently going through a global HR systems implementation which will be completed in 2018.
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
- Must have Bachelors Degree
- Fluent Japanese speaking ability with high business English
- 2-3 years recruitment experience
- Good to have direct sourcing skills
