職務内容 The Position:

This is a C&B Manager position.

Their business expansion leads to the need of a strong talent in their HR team. Today, the business expansion in leads to the need of a strong talent to be in charge of the C&B management and strategy. They are looking for candidates who will accept the challenge of planning, improving, proposing and implementing strong initiatives. The company propose a unique opportunity for a C&B manager to join them in an inspiring, fast-paced, exciting and environment. Working directly under the HR Director, you would be responsible for the oversight of the Company’s C&B & Payroll team, Project management, salary benchmark and other initiatives. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to stakeholders and partners. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.

·         Overseeing C&B / Payroll projects and strategy.

·         Managing 10+ staff
