THE COMPANY
Our client is a globally recognized fashion brand with a history in Japan. Our client is currently experiencing growth in the Japanese market, and to respond to this our client has decided to create a new Finance Manager position.
THE JOB
Lead finance area including budget & forecast, monthly reports, fixed assets management, tax filing, annual closing including USGAAP &statutory books and provide finance support and advice to the business. Responsibilities include:
- Financial Controlling: Prepare the budget, close the monthly statements and prepare the forecast.Analyze the financial situation. Submit the monthly & quarterly reports to the US head office.
- Investment & Cash flow management: Manage the cash for the opening of new stores, marketing activities and the other major business projects. Manage the cash flow and bank loan repayments.
- Tax Filing: Communicating with our tax accountant and prepare the tax filing documents such as consumption tax, real estate tax and corporate taxes.
- Finance supports to the business: Provide the adequate financial data to the Sales, Merchandising & Marketing division for their business decision.
REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of finance & accounting experience
-Advanced Microsoft Office Skill (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
