One of a few companies in the financial sector with a very low turn-over and excellent stability in Japan.
職務内容 The Position
This is a C&B Manager opportunity (no subordinates).
Covering both Strategic and Operational C&B. You will be the main contact for both internal and external Vendor / Audits / Inspections.
Implementing company's C&B program, including bonuses, share purchase, company pension, retirement allowance and housing programs.
You will handle relevant cost allocations, head counts reports, HR Database and Risk management reports.

Payroll (vendor management)
C&B program management
Need to understand HR risk indicators and audit items
Understanding, Labor Laws, HR regulations etc.
Strong in English communications (Native level Japanese)
University graduate
Experience working in Securities / Financial sector / Banking areas.
